Clean Energy May Hire Nomura for 2010 IPO, Double Wind Capacity (Bloomberg)

Dec. 4 (Bloomberg) — Clean Energy Factory Co. , Japan’s fourth-biggest wind-farm operator, said it is in talks to hire Nomura Holdings Inc. to manage an initial share sale in late 2010 to help fund a plan to double capacity in five years.
